Anxiety

Rock in Sand

One in every four Americans suffer a mental health condition.  Depression and Anxiety are two of the primary disorders for those diagnosed. At times, those who suffer from depression or anxiety are not aware they are stuck in a fog because they have become accustomed to the negative emotions. Seeking help is not only important but beneficial to understand the signs and symptoms of the debilitating condition so you are able to identify them in yourself and those you care for.

Those who have experienced a traumatic situation or extreme disturbing event are encouraged to seek counseling, no matter the signs or symptoms. Together through counseling we explore and work to bring to the surface not only the cause of your distress but what’s maintaining it and developing healthy ways to cope and eliminate it.
